The mission of Gray-Pilgrim and Associates is to help clients establish a clear set of goals for their quality of life and income. For almost thirty years, we have been providing healthcare professionals with the tax and management consulting services they need to grow and maintain their practices. Because we specialize in the healthcare field, we understand the questions, concerns, and business decisions that you are faced with every day. We are a smaller firm by design because we feel personal service is extremely important. We maintain a philosophy of client-driven services, meaning that we don’t deliver a standardized selection to all of our clients. Regardless of whether you are a single practitioner or a multi-doctor practice, we scale our services to fit your individual needs.

We are members of the Academy of Dental CPA’s (ADCPA), a national group of practitioners specializing in dental practices. This is an exclusive organization that limits its’ members to accounting firms who have at least seventy-five dentists as clients and who have shown a history of successfully serving the dental community. We are proud to be the only Pennsylvania member firm in ADCPA. Because of the group’s structure and the other members’ willingness to share, we can draw on an unparalleled pool of knowledge and experience.

We are also members of the National Society of Certified Healthcare Business Consultants (NSCHBC), a group of practitioners specializing in dental and medical practices. This group also expresses a willingness to share their knowledge and experience, enhancing our resources.
